Rotary Club to raise money for scholarships

Matamoras Rotary Club is holding their 37th Annual Tri-State Championship Holiday Basketball Tournament on Dec. 27 and 28 at the Delaware Valley High School in Milford, Pa. Proceeds will go towards four scholarships to local students and some money will help the people in the Philippines recently hit with the typhoon.

This year more local area schools are participating making it one of the largest groups of teams in quite some time. Included with the Varsity and Junior Varsity Home Teams of Delaware Valley there will be teams from Pine Bush, East Stroudsburg, Trinity Christian and Kittatinny, Harmony Christian and Warwick as well as High Point Regional and Norwich City School to name a few.

There will literally be hundreds of people attending the games which run all day, both days from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The club is selling ad space on an 8 1/2" by 11" size book to promote you business cards or send best wishes to a student player or just all of the teams.

The ad structure is as follows:

Full Page - $70
Half Page - $50
Quarter Page - $30

One Eighth Page - $20
