Marie Desiano, left, a member of the Milford Valley Quilters’ Guild, presents a check for $1,029 to Mary Brouder, director of the Blooming Grove Food Pantry. This donation represents a portion of the proceeds from the Guild’s Quilt Raffle. The Blooming Grove Food Pantry currently serves over one hundred families, including 106 children and 44 seniors. The Milford Valley Quilters’ Guild meets on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, at 7 p.m. in the Delaware Valley Middle School Cafeteria.
