MILFORD — Two men arrested as part of a drug investigation in Delaware Township have been sentenced to state prison, Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin announced Thursday.

Saeed Musah, 21, of Lords Valley was sentenced to 3 years to 6 years in a State Correctional Facility and fined $19,000 for the crime of delivery of a controlled or counterfeit substance (3 counts). On November 15, 2013, at the Park & Ride in Delaware Township, Musah sold to a confidential informant 2 grams of cocaine for $200. On November 27, 2013, he sold 2 grams of cocaine for $490 and on December 4, 2013, he sold 10 grams of cocaine for $840.

Patrick Anthony Sullivan, 22, of Dingmans Ferry was sentenced to 20 months to 42 months in a State Correctional Facility, fined $1,900 and had his driver’s license suspended for 24 months for the crimes of delivery of a controlled or counterfeit substance (3 counts) and criminal conspiracy. On October 4, 2013, in Delaware Township, Sullivan sold 48 bags of heroin to another for $460. On November 1, 2013, in Delaware Township, he sold 48 bags of heroin for $600 and again on November 7, 2013, he sold 45 bags of heroin for $600. On December 5, 2013, Sullivan drove two individuals to a location in Delaware Township where 45 bags of heroin were sold for $600.

Both Musah and Sullivan were arrested in January as part of an investigation by the Pike County District Attorney’s Office into drug dealing in the Dingmans Ferry area.
