Weichert, Realtors - Ruffino Real Estate has announced that Realtor Kathleen Antti has joined the sales team of the Milford agency.

With seven years of experience in real estate, she will assist property buyers and sellers in Milford in Pennsylvania; Port Jervis, Middletown, Warwick, and Nyack in New York; and Sussex, Bergen, and Passaic Counties in New Jersey. She is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors. Originally from Napa Valley, Cali., she lives in Vernon, N.J.

Antti holds certifications in foreclosures, short sales, and commercial properties, and has earned the EcoBroker® designation. She is licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.

Antti is active with the Harmony in Motion women’s a cappella group in Sussex County, N.J.

“Kathy has an affinity for connecting people with the right properties,” said Donna Ruffino, owner of WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Ruffino Real Estate. “She can find appropriate commercial properties, land, and private homes alike.”

Having attended National University and Villanova University to study accounting and project management, Antti has a decades-long background with Ernst & Young in New Jersey and Arthur Young in California.
