— Cricket Tell The Weather, an indie string band featuring bluegrass-inspired original music, will play at the Hawley Silk Mill (also known as The Boiler Room), 8 Silk Mill Drive, Hawley.

Winners of the 2013 FreshGrass Award, Cricket is rooted in the bluegrass tradition, and expands to include rock, pop, and chamber ensemble elements.

"This quartet's voice carries a new spirit that explores a century of influences, owing as much to the traditions that inspired bluegrass to the journey that follows," says Jill Carletti, managing director of Harmony Presents, which is presenting the concert.

Showtime is 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 16. Doors open 15 minutes before showtime.

Cocoon Coffee House caters wine, beer and snacks on site at the show.

Tickets cost $15 and $20 and can be purchased online at harmonypresents.com.

Harmony Presents is sponsored by Bold Gold Media Group. For more information call 570-588-8077.
