— A group art exhibit will display work created by LGBTQA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered, Questioning, and Allied) youth and teens to express themes of "pride, overcoming obstacles, determination and their journey thus far."

How much: donation of $1 (or more)

"Expressions: A Look into the Lives of LGBT Young Adults and Their Allies!" will open with a Aug. 23 reception at the UpFront Exhibition Space in Port Jervis. Donations will help support the center.

The Upper Delaware GLBT Center, located at 201 West Hartford St. in Milford, is dedicated to outreach and support to all LGBTQA individuals, children and families through their many programs. The UDGLBT Center currently offers a variety of different programs and events as well as a biweekly youth group (P3: People Promoting Pride).
