— The public is invited to share the joy of the holiday season at a reception to be held at the Artists’ Market Community Center in Shohola.
“Our holiday reception is a chance to say thank-you to everyone who visited us during the year,” says center director Nick Roes.
It's also chance to pick up something special for those who are special to you. Local artists have been hard at work all year, to create one-of-a-kind pieces, so you can pick up something special for all the people who are special to you.
Individually created items include many different types of hand-crafted jewelry, framed photographs, pottery, hand-painted rocks, polymer clay sculptures, hand-painted wooden fish, and ceramic pieces, plus vintage art and original art in almost every price range and medium.
The complimentary refreshments, holiday music, and good cheer are scheduled for 4 to 6 p.m., on Saturday, Dec. 2, at the Artists’ Market Community Center, 114 Richardson Ave., Shohola. All are welcome.
