Jason Block, Julia Cuevas, Gabriella Cuevas, Tyler Fuller and Jonathan Outwater represented Delaware Valley High School at the 2017 Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) District 10 Chorus Festival from Jan. 12 to 14 at Bangor Area High School. They were selected by audition in October, competing with students from a seven-county area. While at Districts, they auditioned for Region Chorus, where Jon and Tyler both earned selection to the festival to be held in Bethlehem in February. Tyler finished number one in the region audition, and Jonathan was awarded the PMEA District 10 Scholarship, given to an outstanding senior who plans on pursuing music at the collegiate level.
