Wide receiver Tyler Smith signs with East Stroudsburg University

Delaware Valley senior wide receiver Tyler Smith signed with East Stroudsburg University-Division II. Tyler was on the Scranton Times All-Star team and was able to play in the Dream Game. In addition, he was a Lackawanna all-league selection. He also played basketball and volleyball at DV. Tyler intends to major in physical education at ESU.
