LAKE ARIEL — Celebrate the beginning of summer with local farm-to-plate food, drinks, and music.

The Summer Solstice fundraiser for Lacawac Sanctuary will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, June 23, at The Cooperage Project, 1030 Main St., Honesdale. The cost is $25 per person.

The local offerings will highlight Wayne County and the area through locally produced libations, farm-to-plate tapas-style menu, and live musical entertainment!.
