BLOOMING GROVE — Interstate 84 East is closed just before Exit 30 (Blooming Grove) due to a vehicle crash, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 4 announced at 4:04 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 21.
A life flight helicopter is on scene.
