— Pocono Mountain East High School (Swiftwater, Pa.) defeated Delaware Valley High School in girls varsity soccer on Saturday, Sept. 2.

The final score was 5-0. The game took place at Delaware Valley High School.

Pocono Mountain East's Taylor Caridi was the leading scorer of the game with 3 goals. Teammates Kayla Argen and Alyssa Hooten each scored one goal.

Pocono Mountain East's goal keeper Allison Bone made three saves.

Delaware Valley's goal keeper Juliann Winkler made seven saves.

Team records: Delaware Valley Warriors 1-1

Pocono Mountain East Cardinals 2-0
