— The Pike County Conservation District board and staff challenge you to a night of natural resource trivia.

Each fall the board of directors takes time to celebrate the natural resources of Pike County at their annual dinner. This year’s celebration will test knowledge of the natural world and conservation history in Pike County, so be prepared for some hard thinking.

The event will be held at the Woodloch Springs Vista Room, Hawley, at 6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27.

The trivia contest will test knowledge of Pike County’s natural resources and some of the interesting creatures that inhabit our lakes, streams and forests. The dinner will celebrate the conservation work completed in the county by partners, conservation district board and staff.

The event starts with a social hour, with dinner immediately following at 7 p.m. The games begin immediately after dinner.

The dinner event is open to the public. The cost is $35, payable to the Pike County Conservation District. RSVP before Oct. 23 by calling 570-226-8220 or emailing mlong@pikepa.org.
