Sun Cha Short ('Kim') of Milford, Pa., dies at age 73

Sun Cha Short (“Kim”) of Milford, Pa., passed away on Thursday, Feb. 1, 2018, at Geisinger Community Medical Center, Scranton, Pa. She was 73.

Kim worked as a Floor Girl for Swimwear Anywhere in Port Jervis, N.Y., for 37 years, was an avid bingo enthusiast, and was a member of the Golden Age Club and Deer Park Seniors Club.

She was the mother of Sandra Short-Marchese, Dennis Short, Theresa Short Jerinsky and Bruce Short. She is also survived by her grandchildren Tyler Short, Celeste Short, Kage Short, Ember Short, Lyra Short, Sydney Short and Jhett Short; sister, Hessia; and three nephews.

Friends may call at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 W. Harford St., Milford, PA 18337 on Saturday, Feb. 10, from 12 to 2 p.m.. Services will follow at the funeral home on Saturday, Feb. 10, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Luana Cook-Scott officiating.
