Run, Hike, Crawl 5K on May 4

The Pocono Environmental Education Center holds its "Run, Hike, Crawl" 5K at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, rain or shine.
The course loops through its wooded Dingmans Ferry campus. There will be awards for top finishers by gender and age group. The awards ceremony follows race at 11:30 a.m.
