Music Festival this weekend

MILFORD — This is the weekend in Milford when porches become bandstands, music drifts on warm breezes, and even wallflowers take to dancing in the streets.

And don't forget the special dishes served up by Milford's many amazing restaurants, and the unexpected treasures sold at its many original shops. What else do you need?

This weekend's headliner at the Milford Music Festival is Christian Porter, a Pennsylvania native and a contestant on Season 4 of The Voice. With a soulful pop sound, Christian’s music is comprised of melodic beats and heart filled lyrics.

Also performing in the park that day will be local singer/songwriter Sarah Hawthorne and new folk/lyrical soul artist Seth Davis.
