Members of the Milford Garden Club were undaunted by unseasonable weather to complete the annual Christmas decorations in Milford. A team of “elves” climbed ladders along Harford and Broad Streets and hung fresh wreaths. Several members joined Beth Hawke, horticultural specialist, to adorn Grey Towers in the traditional Victorian decorations in the spirit of Cornelia and Gifford Pinchot. A new adventure this year was to help decorate the interior of the Community House in time for Santa’s arrival. One of the fundamental missions of the Milford Garden Club is beautification. "We are proud to join with other organizations to make Milford sparkle!" says the garden club. Pictured are Bonnie Schatteman, Doug and Rosann Henigan, and Liz Steen. (Photo provided)
