MILFORD — The Milford Township Supervisors will hold a formal hearing in February to adopt an amendment to the township zoning ordinance.

The hearing will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 4, at the Milford Township Building, 560 Routes 6 & 209, Milford.

The proposed ordinance was requested by a developer amd would allow an extensive increase in population density and business use on a 20-acre property, located on Routes 6 & 209 adjacent to Milford Borough.

Kevin Stroyan, Ray Willis, Steve Davis, and Steve Owens of the township planning commission urge the public to attend the hearing because the proposed ordinance represents a fundamental change in development intensity, with the potential to bring in as many as 250 new residents.
