Grey Towers offers student internships
Application deadlines are in March

MILFORD — Applications are now being accepted for college and post-graduate internships at Grey Towers National Historic Site in Milford.
College students interested in parks and recreation, history, gardening, horticulture and landscape architecture, museum services, and forestry are encouraged to apply.
Stipends range from $a 85-per-week subsistence allowance to $2,500 for the 12-week season. Housing on the historic estate and uniforms may be provided.
Visitor services, tours, and public programs — Twelve-week internships are available for students to deliver interpretive mansion tours and education programs, deliver visitor services, and hone their communication skills. The deadline to apply is March 15. Send a letter of interest to greytowers@fs.fed.us or call 570-296-9672.
Gardening and horticulture — Two opportunities are available for May through August, each providing hands-on experience. The deadline to apply is March 31. For the Elizabeth S. Additional horticulture, visitor services and museum internships will be offered in the fall (August through December) for recent college graduates and current students who may be seeking practical experience.
