Meet your new Congressman, Matt Cartwright, in Milford on Tuesday evening

MILFORD — U.S. Rep. Matt Cartwright will host a town hall meeting in Milford from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 19, at American Legion Post 139, located at 103 County Road Route 2001.
This event is an opportunity for constituents to hear from Cartwright during a brief presentation, which will be followed by a question-and-answer session.
It's part of an ongoing series of events Cartwright will hold across the Pennsylvania Eighth Congressional District throughout the year.
The event is open to the public. RSVPs are not required.
Cartwright is a member of the House Democratic Leadership and the House Committee on Appropriations. He serves as Vice Chair on the Commerce-Justice-Science, Financial Services & General Government, and Military Construction-VA Appropriations Subcommittees. He also serves on the Committee on Natural Resources.
Pennsylvania’s Eighth Congressional District includes Pike, Lackawanna, and Wayne counties and portions of Luzerne and Monroe counties.
