— The Pike County Chamber of Commerce has just introduced a new visitors guide map, with help from the Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau (PMVB).

Chamber president Jessica Black said the new Pike County Chamber of Commerce Visitors Center at the Milford Community House has seen upwards of 700 visitors some months, "and we hand out hundreds of brochures promoting our county. This map has so much information encompassed in one piece.”

Chamber members are included in a directory broken down by category for easy reference. Its businesses are named instead of referenced by numbers.

"It represents all of Pike County including the Lake Wallenpaupack area, Route 739 Corridor, and a large pull out of The Historic Village of Milford," said Black. "This map checks all the boxes for us. The map includes notable history of Pike County, beautiful pictures, and information on the local waterfalls, one of our top five questions that we get at the Visitors Center."

The map would not have been possible without PMVB and "the amazing talent of James Levell," she said.

The new map is available now at the Pike County Chamber of Commerce Visitors Center, 201 Broad St., inside the Milford Community House, and will also be distributed to the various Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau locations and businesses throughout the region.
