Milford Presents, the Pike County Chamber of Commerce and the Milford Lions Club will host historic Milford Pennsylvania's annual tree lighting on the grounds of the Milford Community House. The beloved celebration features free hot cocoa and cookies for children of all ages. Enjoy a performance by The Dingman Delaware Middle School Chorus under the direction of Brian Krauss beginning at 4:30 p.m. Join the ceremonial countdown and lighting of Milford's Christmas tree at 5:15 p.m. Hundreds of trees lining the downtown streets will light up for the rest of the holiday season in this charming mountain town. As part of the countdown, Santa Claus will arrive on top of Milford Fire Department's Engine 33 with a very cool team of reindeer on motorcycles from the Pike County PA chapter of ABATE. Come out for a great evening with friends and family and enjoy extended shopping hours, open house celebrations and dining throughout town.
