Hamburg. Restaurant Latour was awarded New Jersey’s top honor in Eat This, Not That’s “Best Expensive Restaurant in Every State.”

Located on the second floor of the Crystal Springs Clubhouse in Hamburg, Restaurant Latour offers a five- or seven-course prix fixe menu with dishes featuring fresh produce from New Jersey’s bountiful farms and ingredients from artisan producers.

The resort’s culinary crown jewel reflects a connection to its pristine natural setting, bringing the woods indoors in a stunning dining room featuring natural finishing and panoramic mountain views.

Executive Chef Aishling Stevens and Chef de Cuisine Matt Laurich approach seasonal cooking in a modern and stylish way, with a connection to the surroundings and using fermentation, preservation, and foraging. Knowledgeable sommeliers recommend the ideal wine or handcrafted libation.

The restaurant’s wine cellar has won the Grand Award from Wine Spectator every year since 2006, and is considered the finest in North America.

Children 12 years and older are welcomed. Reservations may be made online or by calling 888-388-3472.
