Angela P. Cabagnaro

Mrs. Angela P. Cabagnaro of the Town of Mt. Hope, N.Y., formerly of Glendale, Ariz., died Thursday, April 29, 2021, at home. She was 91.

She was born May 1, 1929, in Mar Del Plata, Argentina, the daughter of the late Angel Petruzzi and the late Isabel Rosati Petruzzi. Angela was happily married to George Cabagnaro on Oct. 27, 1948, and was married to him for 40 years until his passing in 1988. For many years Angela made beautiful dresses for Lane Bryant and Sears. She also created a dress for the winner of the Miss Arizona Beauty Pageant.

She was a volunteer at the Glendale Fire House in Glendale, Ariz., where she would help organize events. She was also a member of “Walk-About-Arizona.”

A family statement read: “Mom was always willing to volunteer to help anyone she could. She loved to travel and spent most of her retired life traveling around North America and even Europe. Mom was always ready for another project or event to plan and take part in.”

Surviving are her son Al Cabagnaro and his wife, Karen, of Otisville, N.Y.; grandson, Frank Cabagnaro and his wife, Christine, of Milford, Pa.; great-grandsons, Tyler and Timmy Cabagnaro of Milford, Pa.; and five great-grandchildren.

There will be no visitation. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.

Cremation will be at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford.
