Floyd A. Quick

Floyd A. Quick of Hawley, Pa., died Saturday, Dec. 28, 2019, at home. He was 70.

Son of the late Harold Floyd and Kathryn Grace (Masker) Quick, he was born July 4, 1949, in Carbondale, Pa.

An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, he was the recipient of multiple Purple Heart Medals. He worked as a machine operator for Trails End in Shohola. Floyd was a member of American Legion, Wilson-Kelch Post 311, Hawley, and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

He is survived by his wife, Sandra M. (Head) Quick; daughters, Andrea and Christina; step-daughter, Jessica; step-sons, Kevin and Ryan; brothers, John And Gary; sisters, Patricia, Sarah, and Beatrix; a special nephew, Corey; and 13 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Floyd Leonard, in 2018.

Visitation was held Dec. 30 Teeters’ Funeral Chapel, Hawley. Private cremation followed at Lake Region Crematory, Lake Ariel, Pa.
