Lawrence A. Covar of Milford, Pa., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2021. He was 92.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 56 years, Rose.
He was the devoted father of Thomas (Sharon) Covar, Catherine (Vincent) LaRocca, Jeanne (James) Regan, Margaret Covar, Eileen Needham, Elizabeth (John) Actisdano, John (Christina) Covar; dear brother of Charles Covar; and brother-in-law of Sonny Oefelein and Melissa Oefelein. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Vincent dePaul Church, Milford, on Feb. 4. Burial took place at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, N.Y., with military honors.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Knights of Columbus Council #9832, 101 St. Vincent Drive, Milford, PA 18337.
