Maurice (“Sonny”) James Wassell of Port Jervis, N.Y., died Thursday, April 1, 2021, at St. Luke’s Hospital. He was 47.
Son of the late Maurice Wassell and the late Kathy Stawarz Wassell, he was born Dec. 27, 1973, in the Bronx, N.Y
Surviving are his Aunt Karen and Uncle Al Cabagnaro of Otisville, N.Y.; cousins Frank Cabagnaro and his wife, Christine, of Milford, Pa., and Tyler and Timothy Cabagnaro of Milford, Pa.
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
Cremation was held at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Gray-Parker Funeral Home, Port Jervis.
