Vera (Rohman) Gordon of Milford, Pa., passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at Highland Rehabilitation in Middletown, N.Y. She was 93.
Vera was the daughter of the late Clinton and Viva Rohman. She was born in Shohola, Pa., in 1927.
Vera attended Shohola elementary and Milford High School. She graduated from Jefferson School of Nursing. After graduating she moved to New York City, where she worked as a psychatric nurse then moved to a world-reknown opthalmologist practice, where she worked for 30 years. She always maintained a residence in Milford, where she retired to.
Vera will be remembered as a fun-loving person who enjoyed jazz and Broadway shows.
She is survived by her nephews, Clinton Crellin of Port Jervis, N.Y., and James Crellin of Sammamish, Wash.; and her niece, Bonnie Crellin of New York, N.Y.
Services and cremation will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be private in the German Hill Cemetery, Shohola.
