Income guidelines for 2020 are: one person, $18,735; two people, $25,365; three people, $31,995; add $6,630 for each additional family member. LIHEAP is a cash grant that does not have to be repaid. Visit compass.state.pa.us or call the LIHEAP hotline at 1-866-857-7095 or PARelay at 711 for the hearing impaired. Apply by April 10, 2020.
