Beautiful People families,

Normally in late March, we’d all be looking forward to an exciting baseball season, making plans to bring together our community for a few hours of fun and camaraderie every Saturday.

Unfortunately, however, these are not normal times.

Following the recommendations of the CDC, World Health Organization and local government officials, our board and staff has concluded that we have an obligation to postpone our upcoming baseball season until further notice.

While we are disappointed to bring you this news, we are certain that it is in the best interests of our athletes, volunteers and their families.

If you are in search of information on how best to help your child through these uncertain times, there are several helpful resources on the CDC's website: https://www.cdc.gov/childrenindisasters/helping-children-cope.html.

Our team is also in search of online exercise programs for children to share during this time of isolation.

We will continue to update the Beautiful People community on the scheduling of programs as this crisis subsides. If you have any questions or concerns, you can respond to this email or call our office phone number at 845-986-5944.

We know that this is not an easy time for our athletes and their families and we are here to support you in any way that we can.

Sincerely,

Mary Williams
