On Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026, our devoted and cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Rosanne Y. Tallman, passed peacefully at her home in Milford, Pa., surrounded by the warmth and love of her family.

Born on Sept. 7, 1947, Rosanne was the beloved daughter of the late Stanley and Margaret (Rogan) Andres. Her life was defined by dedication to those she loved and the strength and integrity she brought to every chapter of her journey.

On Sept. 12, 1970, Rosanne married her love, the late Calvin G. Tallman. Together, they built a warm and inviting home, raising three wonderful daughters in Northern New Jersey before relocating to Milford, Pa., as empty-nesters. She was known by those who knew her as a kind, generous and funny woman. Rosanne provided a home that was open to friends and family for many sleepovers and pancake breakfasts and often filled with music ranging from Mahler to Elvis, Fleetwood Mac, and Willie Nelson. She loved to have her grandchildren around, whether it was accompanying her to farms, teaching them how to pick out the best produce, or having them shuck ears of corn for dinner.

One of her great joys was taking her children and grandchildren to concerts at Tanglewood and on trips to museums. She would plan family vacations to Washington State where she and Calvin owned a second home for many years. Rosanne was also the back-to-school shopper for her grandchildren where they enjoyed picking out the clothes she would never allow their mothers to buy. Through this, and much more, she created a legacy of love that endures today.

Rosanne’s beautiful memory will forever be cherished by her children, Tracey Reinhart and her husband Keith, Kimberly Fleming and her partner Benjamin Bernardi, and Alexandra Tallman-Vigilante and her husband Frank; her treasured grandchildren, Zachariah Fleming, Haskey Fleming and his wife Ali, Matti Reinhart, Amanda Braunagel and her husband Carl, and Laina and Eva Bogusta; her sister, Cecilia Andres Gregg and her husband Geoffrey; her nieces, Stephanie Pastrana and Whitney Gregg; and her nephew, Spencer Gregg and his wife Natalie. She is also lovingly remembered by the grandchildren she embraced later in life, Annie Vigilante-Laughman, Michael Vigilante, and Becca Smith and her son Kai, as well as extended family and lifelong friends whose lives she touched so deeply.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate Rosanne’s life at theStroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford Street, Milford, Pennsylvania, on Friday, Sept. 18, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m. with a memorial service at 6:30 p.m. with Rev. Thomas Lutz officiating.
