Glad they're testing

To the editor: As a New Jersey high school athletic director and a parent of a Delaware Valley seventh grader, I was overjoyed when my son came home with his drug testing form. I commend the Delaware Valley School District and the Board of Education for having the fortitude to insist that such a test take place. As adults, with the influence of teen peer pressure, we need to provide reasons for our youth to “Just Say No.” I’m glad my son was recently tested and I hope the Delaware Valley District continues to test in the future.
