What are PennDOT's plans in the New Year?

To the Editor:
The New Year is here. I thought I would ask the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), what are your plans for Route 739?
It was nice that you rebuilt the section from Route 84 to Route 434. I also really appreciate the repaving of the Routes 2001 and 739 intersection. But what about the rest of the road?
I see your workers attempting to clear frozen drainage ditches. But most of the road is already breaking up because the water drainage was not maintained. The huge numbers of tri-axle dump trucks are hauling to Route 84 construction. The entire road from Route 84 to Dingmans Ferry needs to be rebuilt.
So, again just asking, what is the plan?
