Rodeo comes to Malibu

An estimated 500 people attended a June 2 benefit professional rodeo at Malibu Ranch, funds from which will aid returning Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans. Sponsors are planning a series of rodeo events throughout the coming summer season. The intensity of the event's fireworks show and the volume of road traffic also prompted some concerns from Foster Hill Road residents who spoke at Monday's Milford Supervisors meeting.
