    George Nekich Jr. of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., suddenly passed away Monday, Dec. 24, 2018, at home. He was 57.
    Son of the late George Nekich Sr. and Barbara (Mueller) Nekich, he was born Jan. 28, 1961, in Passaic, N.J. He married Linda Wolf-Nekich on April 1, 1989.
    He was a computer operator for Hewlett Packard, New York, N.Y., a sales representative for Primerica, a Master Gardener with the Penn State Cooperative Extension, and was currently working as a toll collector for the Dingmans Choice and Delaware Bridge Company, Dingmans Ferry.
    George was an outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt. He will be remembered as someone who had a tremendous heart and would do anything for anyone. Above all, he was a family man who loved his wife and children.
    He leaves behind his wife, Linda Wolf-Nekich; children, Elijah, Zachery, Hayley, and Payton; siblings, Paul Nekich and his wife, Sandy, Cathy Green and her husband, Kenneth, and Mary Laubauskas and her husband, Albert; and many nieces and nephews.
    Visitation was held at Stroyan Funeral Home in Milford, Pa., on Dec. 28. Funeral services followed at the funeral home with the Rev. Niels Nielsen officiating.
