Louis Hoxha is KeyBank's new Regional Retail Leader

KeyBank in February promoted Louis Hoxha to the role of Regional Retail Leader for its Atlantic Region. He will be responsible for leading a network of approximately 100 branch offices serving Key’s clients throughout the Hudson Valley/Metro New York and Eastern Pennsylvania. Hoxha most recently led KeyBank's retail team serving the Rockland County, N.Y. Prior to joining KeyBank, he held previous retail banking roles with HSBC and Washington Mutual. “Louis has distinguished himself as a top performing leader at KeyBank, with a proven ability to transform teams into high performing sales and service professionals that deliver consistently high results,” said Joseph Markey, KeyBank Market President for Hudson Valley/Metro New York. “His strong management capabilities, financial acumen, and deep-rooted commitment to customer service will serve him well in this regional leadership role.” He holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY College at Old Westbury, N.Y., a MBA from Montclair University, and is a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School at Furman University.
