Artists, time to start dreaming about bears

MILFORD — The Black Bear Film Festival is telling artists this week to "get those creative juices percolating. Submissions date for the Artful Bears will be announced soon.
The annual festival includes lushly decorated bear molds created by local artists and arrayed around town for the admiration of all.
