Santa Claus is coming to town for a community wide event with activities and fun for all ages: ornament making and craft stations, face painting, youth games, story time, holiday music, small business “gnome roam” scavenger hunt and giveaway, shopping specials, themed food and drink specials, live demos, kids rock dig, caricature and henna artist, pet adoptions, photo ops, trolley rides and “A Christmas Story” on the big screen.
It happens Saturday, July 22, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Sunday, July 23, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
With nearly 50 small businesses participating in the two days, the event will take place all through main streets of Milford, as well as the Shoppes at Apple Valley, the Old Lumberyard and Upper Mill.
