Victoria Ciancitto and Joshua Oman to wed

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Ciancitto of Milford announce the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Ciancitto, to Joshua Oman, son of Mark and Renee Oman of Hershey, Pa.

Ms. Ciancitto graduated from Delaware Valley College and is a medical lab scientist at the Reading Hospital.

Mr. Oman graduated from Delaware Valley College and is a Registered Nurse at the Hershey Medical Center.
