World War II veteran H. John Davis Jr. celebrates 100th birthday

Pennsylvania legislators Rosemary Brown and Jack Rader presented a citation to World War II veteran H. John Davis Jr. on the House floor in recognition of his 100th birthday. Davis was a sergeant in the U.S. Army Air Corps and served in the 50th Troop Carrier Squadron between March 1942 and September 1945. He also has devoted much of his time and energy to his wife Olive, age 99, of 74 years, his three children, John, Janet, and Margaret; his eight grandchildren, Trevor, Justin, Diana, Lauren, John, Benjamin, Stephanie and Nathan; and his three great-grandchildren, Natalie, Nadine and Griffin.
