Alfred W. Snyder of Milford, Pa., passed away on Sunday, Sept. 6, 2020, at home surrounded by family. He was 73.
Son of the late Ezra and Ada (Krausse) Snyder he was born Dec. 19, 1946, in New York, N.Y. He was a retired plumber for Plumbers Local #1, New York, N.Y.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Carmela (Maietta) Snyder; children, Carmela Healey and her husband, Gordon, Henry Snyder and his wife, Lorraine, Christopher Snyder, and Beatrice Snyder Ellingsgard Cossentino; grandchildren, Kayla, Henry, Jennifer, Vincent, Tiffany, Kevin, and Dina; great-grandchildren, Leila, Colton, Valentia, Anthony, Serenity, and Maverick; and niece, Denise Martin.
Friends may call at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford St., Milford, on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 12 to 3 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. John Boyle officiating.
Cremation will be private at the convenience of the family at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford.
