Betty J. Flood of Port Jervis, N.Y., passed away at her home on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020. She was 86.
Daughter of the late Harvey Potter Sr. and Ada Danes Potter, she was born on Nov. 22, 1933, in Wurtsboro, N.Y.
Betty worked as assembler for Kolmar Labs in Port Jervis.
She is survived by her daughter, Candace Flood of Port Jervis; sons, William Flood Jr. and wife, Linda, of Huguenot, N.Y., Brad Flood and wife, Michelle, of Eldred, N.Y., Brian Flood and wife, Nicole, of Glen Spey, N.Y., and Keith Flood and wife, Mandy, of Port Jervis; several grand- and great-grandchildren; brothers, Harvey Potter of the Town of Greenville, N.Y., and George Potter of Pennsylvania; sisters, Marion Baker of Shohola, Pa., Gladys Snyder of Sparrowbush, N.Y., and Phyllis Conklin of Sussex, N.J.
She was predeceased by her sisters Ada Flood and Anna Kays; and brother, Emmet Potter.
Cremation took place privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Port Jervis.
