    David George Latini of Port Jervis, N.Y., passed away Thursday, Aug. 23, 2018, at his home. He was 58.
    Son of the late George and Margaret Smith Latini, he was born on Sept. 21, 1959, in Port Jervis.
    He graduated from Port Jervis High School, where he participated with the school wrestling team. He was an avid sports fan, enjoying wrestling and football.
    He worked as an assembler for Kolmar Labs in Port Jervis, C&D Battery in Huguenot, N.Y., and Luhrs Hardware in Milford, Pa.
    He is survived by his sisters, Gloria Laizure of Port Jervis and Georgina Kuykendall and her husband, Ted, of Matamoras, Pa.; nieces, Jean Barton and her husband, William, Nancy Wimer and her husband, David Esq., Kelly Callahan and her husband, Daniel; nephew, T. Christopher Kuykendall; and several cousins.
    He was pre-deceased by his brother-in-law Denis Laizure and nieces Kathy Laizure and Jill Hargadon.
    Visitation was scheduled for 11 a.m. to noon on Thursday, Aug. 30, at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis. Prayers will be offered at noon at the funeral home. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Port Jervis.
