    Donald Raymond Potter of Milford, Pa., passed away Saturday, June 1, 2019, at Belle Reve Senior Living Center, Milford. He was 71.
    Son of the late William Kays and Anna Potter, he was born Oct. 28, 1947, in Port Jervis, N.Y.
    He was a U.S. Navy veteran serving from 1969 to 1971.
    Donald was retired foreman for the Milford Borough Street Department, previously a cook at the Milford Diner, and served as Constable of Milford for many years.
    He leaves behind four children, Sue Ellen Latini and her husband, John, Donna Redner, Donald Potter II, and Jake Kepford; brother, William Kays; grandchildren, John Latini III, Branden Latini, Brianna Latini, Kristina Latini, Jayden Latini, Albert Potter, Thomas Potter, Ladato Potter, Nicholas Donald Potter, Tanner Kepford, Jordin Kepford, Devon Kepford, and Ruthie Redner; and great-grandchildren, Violet Eliana Latini, Oliver Haugh, and Owen Haugh.
    A graveside service was held at Milford Cemetery, Dingman Township, Pa., on Friday, June 7, at 11 a.m., with The Rev. Luana Cook Scott officiating.
    Arrangements were made by Stroyan Funeral Home, Milford.
