Frederick C. Kummerfeldt of Milford, Pa., passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, N.Y. He was 86.
Son of the late Hans and Hilda (Kroger) Kummerfeldt, he was born May 21, 1933, in Clifton, N.J.
He was a retired tool and die maker and a former member of the Oakland, N.J., Fire Department. He was also a member of Blue Mountain Antique Gas & Steam Engine Club.
Frederick leaves behind his wife, Lillian (Stickles) Kummerfeldt; sons, Steven and his wife, MaryRose, and Michael and his wife, Frances; sister, Emma Dougherty; grandchildren, Kennith, Megan, Erin, and Peter; and great-grandchildren, Ruth, Jason, Josias and Jonah.
A viewing will be held at Stroyan Funeral Home, 405 West Harford St., Milford, Pa. on Thursday, March 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. Graveside services and burial will take place in Milford Cemetery, Dingman Township, Pa. on Friday, March 13, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Kaleigh Tomich-Corbett officiating.
