Harold G. Wagner Jr. of Milford, Pa., went to be with his Lord on Friday, March 12, 2021, surrounded by family at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Reading, Pa. He was 55.

Harold held a bachelor’s degree in math and during his life he had many careers, including math teacher, builder, andsalesman. His favorite hobby was trying to find ways to stain stainless steel. He loved to laugh and was a big fan of standup comedy. He had a beautiful voice and loved to sing (he often made up his own lyrics).

His family belonged to St. Vincent de Paul Church, Milford.

Son of Harold and Margaret (George) Wagner, he was born Dec. 5, 1965, in Levittown, Pa. However, he lived most of his life in Tamaqua, Pa., before moving to Milford. He was married to Judy Leary-Wagner on June 10, 2006, and together they have two children, Charles and Gabriel.

Harold leaves behind his wife, Judy Leary-Wagner; six children, Harold G., Wagner III, Alexander J. Wagner, Heidi L. Wagner, Holly B. Wagner, Charles S. Wagner, Gabriel T. Wagner. Harold also leaves behind his brother, Scott Wagner; half-brothers, Steve Wagner and Dan Wagner; and half-sister, Bonnie Castagna.

Visitation was held at Stroyan Funeral Home, Milford, Pa., on March 17 and 18. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 101 St. Vincent Drive, Milford, on Friday, March 19, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. John Boyle officiating. Burial will follow at Delaware Cemetery, Dingmans Ferry, Pa.

Memorial donations can be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Parish sharing fund.
