Lucille D. Adams (“Lu”) was born and raised in West Warwick, R.I. She passed away Monday, March 8, 2021, at Newton Medical Center, Newton, N.J. She was 82.
Lu is survived by her daughter, Lisa Saski (Joseph); sons, Michael Adams (Janet), and James Adams III; along with her eight adoring grandchildren and one great-grandson.
Lu was a retired administrative assistant for J.C. Renfroe and Sons of Jacksonville, Fla. She was a devout Catholic an active member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church of Mayport, Fla., for 36 years, and when she relocated to live with her daughter’s family in May 2019, was a devout member of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Milford, Pa.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 111 East High St., Milford, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March, 20, with the Rev. Joseph Manarchuck officiating. The service will be live-streamed via the St. Patrick Catholic Church Facebook page.
Final interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Warwick, R.I.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to be made to the Tri-State Pregnancy Center, 105 Wheatfield Drive, Suite 4 Milford, PA.
