Michael P. Stevenson of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., passed away, March 12, 2021. He was 51.
He was born on July 11, 1969, in New Brunswick, N.J., the son of Steven Stevenson and Kathleen Cole Hankins.
Michael worked as a transportation manager for the Messer (Linde) Group in Bethlehem, Pa.
He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed the great outdoors. Mike was a hard worker and a generous man. He never let you pick up the tab and always had a great story to tell. He made new friends wherever he went and always took the time to connect with new people he met. He was very active with the Conashaugh Lakes Association in Dingmans Ferry and served as a past president on the board.
Michael is survived by his mother, Kathleen Cole Hankins, and her husband, William, of Port Jervis, N.Y.; his father, Steven Stevenson, and his wife, Pamela, of San Antonio, Fla.; his son, Brandon Stevenson, and his wife, Nicole, of Mount Hope, N.Y.; his daughter, Carissa Stevenson of Dingmans Ferry, Pa.; his brother, Brian Stevenson and his wife, Teresa, of Greensboro, N.C.; his sister, Denise Lechowicz, and her husband, Ronald, of Tampa, Fla.; his stepbrother, David Hankins of Parksville, N.Y.; his stepsister, Michelle Feyler and her husband, David, of Windham, N.H.; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be private at the Bevans Cemetery in Peters Valley, Sandyston Township, N.J.
