Vincent Charles Toto, Jr., of Shohola, Pa., passed away Monday, Oct. 21, 2019. in Northern Riverview Nursing Home, West Haverstraw, N.Y. He was 85.

Son of the late Vincenzo and Angela (Ciamma) Toto, he was born November 9, 1933, in Nyack, N.Y. He was married to Theresa (Joy) Toto.

He was a retired substation electrician for Orange & Rockland, Spring Valley, N.Y. Vincent was a member of the B.P.O.E. Lodge #2041, Pearl River, N.Y., Chelsea Hook and Ladder Co, Nyack, N.Y., and a U.S. Army Korean War veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Theresa; daughter, Elaine Toto; stepdaughters, Dorothy Placek and her husband, Robert, Lisa Pfeifer and her husband, Wayne; six grandchildren, Keith R. Secor II, Robert Placek and his wife, Chantel, Christopher Placek, Thomas Placek, Joseph Pfeifer and his wife, Kayla, Nicholas Pfeifer; and great-grandson, Caden Placek.

Visitation was held at Stroyan Funeral Home, Milford, on Oct. 29. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Ann’s Church, Shohola, on Oct. 30 with the Rev. Ed Casey officiating.
