William J. Shinners, formerly of Lords Valley, Pa., died Monday, Dec. 16, 2019, at Mountain Top Health and Rehab in Mountain Top, Pa. He was 77.
Son of the late James E. and Helen (McConnell) Shinners, he was born Feb. 3, 1942, in New York, N.Y.
He was a newspaper delivery person.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Dec. 19 at BVM Queen Of Peace Roman Catholic Church, Hawley, by the Rev. Richard W. Beck, pastor.
Burial was in B.V.M. Queen Of Peace Cemetery, Hawley.
